Sara received a very interesting and extremely cool gift from her good friend Shannon for her birthday. It was a Tie Dye Kit! I went to Costco and purcashed some Men's White T shirts, came home and off we set for a tie dyeing adventure. It was really fun (& Sara loved it too.) So I took some photo's of the process and thought I would share them with all of you in The Land of Blog.
Applying the Dye
You have to leave it and be patient for 12 hours
Washing out the dye

Sara took this one of me... it is rare that I am in any photos.
The final product! Cute as a button.
I also broke down an finally ordered Lil Boo Blue's Pattern. It is a tee shirt dress.
You take a few t shirts cut them up and sew them back together using her Fab pattern and there you have it. A cute comfy dress.
I cut up one of the tye dyed shirts, too.

Paul.. That is funny!
Seriously, those lil blue dresses become addictive! I've actually started demanding shirts right off my husbands back just to turn into a dress for my 2 year old! hah. I think I need to get a tie dye kit too... what fun!
